The IP phone can be upgraded or degraded. For example, the IP phone can be upgraded to ensure the normal use of the phone when software is updated.

Web UI Administration > Firmware Upgrade > Action When Upgrade > remove current configuration

You can upgrade firmware in the following settings:

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Firmware Upgrade > Local Upgrade.
  2. Select the desired file from the 选择文件 field.
  3. Select Upgrades.
